Brian's leadership style was shaped early — not in a boardroom, but in the field. At 14, he worked for the Clay County School Board's maintenance department during summer programs, cycling through portable construction, electrical, and painting crews. Those summers taught him how real work gets done, and he's never forgotten it.
He believes in the value of failure — not as a setback, but as a catalyst. Brian regularly shares his own professional stumbles with his team, fostering a culture where taking intelligent risks and learning from mistakes is expected and encouraged.
